At June Jewels, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with any customer that is not happy with their purchase. But due to fluctuating market prices on natural stones, we ask our customers to contact us within 30 days of receipt regarding any issues.

In addition, June Jewels Inc. reserves the right to reject a return if we find that the product has been altered in any way. Sending back partial strands or non-junejewels inventory will not be tolerated and will be rejected.
